Shell's efforts to prevent public disclosure of its
nuclear dumping led my first web host, Easyspace, to "instantly" remove my nuclearcrime site
from the Internet following Shell's request (threat). However, Shell's initial success
in removing my website from the internet was short-lived. After I secured an
ethical web host, Knightsbridge (David Pearce), Shell immediately sent a
warning letter to David Pearce through its legal media specialist lawyers, D J
Freeman. When Pearce did not respond, and acting under instruction, D J Freeman
contacted the Easynet Group. Through Easynet, Shell pressured Pavilion.net,
Knightsbridge's connectivity supplier, to remove my website. As a result, David
Taylor of Pavilion plc sent a further warning letter to Knightsbridge,
threatening to remove the entire Knightsbridge domain if my site was not taken
down. Out of respect for Knightsbridge, I have not published Shell's Knightsbridge threat
correspondence and its subsquent threats via Pavilion.net. (see 'Shell Challenge' page) |
